Through various client engagements, they discovered that successful companies share common traits—not just in technology selection, but also in areas such as organizational structure, talent development, and embedding AI into business processes. The newly formed research group aims to codify these insights to benefit a larger array of businesses. It promises to illustrate a clear roadmap for AI implementation through the authentic voices of these pioneering enterprises.

Main Activities


1. Interviews and Analysis of AI-Pioneering Companies:
The group will conduct interviews with businesses across multiple industries that have successfully utilized AI for revenue growth, efficiency improvement, and enhanced customer experience. These dialogues will provide comprehensive insights into the journey of AI adoption.

2. Serial Articles in 'CHALLENGER/Challenge of Industry Creators':
Insights gained from these interviews will be published as a series in THE WHY HOW DO COMPANY's own media outlet, CHALLENGER. The articles will focus not only on technical aspects but also address the strategic decisions behind AI adoption, the challenges faced on the ground, and the narratives of organizational transformation experienced by these trailblazers.

3. Knowledge Sharing and Consulting Utilization:
