Points of Light Launches The Civic 50® 2026 Survey
Points of Light, renowned as the largest organization globally focused on volunteering and civic engagement, announced the launch of its annual survey, The Civic 50® for 2026. This initiative, now in its 14th year, aims to spotlight America's most community-minded companies.
The 2026 survey introduces streamlined questions designed for efficiency and incorporates expanded awards categories, all aimed at enhancing corporate participation in social impact initiatives. The survey is open until March 19, 2026, welcoming submissions from eligible organizations to measure their community engagement efforts.
Recognition of Corporate Leaders
The Civic 50® serves as a benchmark for corporate social responsibility (CSR) teams, providing vital insights into volunteering, giving, and community engagement. Participants receive a benchmarking scorecard that helps demonstrate their results and identify areas for improvement.
Jennifer Sirangelo, president, and CEO of Points of Light, emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating, "We're committed to doubling volunteering in America by 2035 so that all individuals, communities, and companies experience the benefits of giving back. The Civic 50® not only recognizes companies for their contributions but also offers a clear roadmap for translating good intentions into measurable impact in people's lives."
A Comprehensive Approach to Corporate Impact
In addition to honoring outstanding companies, The Civic 50® provides crucial resources for CSR teams, executives, and employees, including:
