CIMG Inc. Secures $2 Million in Sales Contracts



CIMG Inc. (Nasdaq: IMG), a prominent business group focused on digital health and sales development, has recently announced a major milestone. The company’s subsidiary, Beijing Xinmiao Shidai Technology Development Co., Ltd., has successfully entered into five significant sales contracts for computing power hardware, amounting to approximately $2 million. These contracts cover transactions made between December 2025 and January 2026 with various companies, including Guangzhou Liangjingjing Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Herunsheng Technology Development Co., Ltd., Tianjin Weixinda Technology Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Lanhai Interaction Technology Co., Ltd.

The contracts primarily encompass two categories of products: computing servers and power electronic components. These products are aimed at cloud service providers and industrial enterprises, reflecting CIMG’s ongoing expansion in the critical hardware segment of the computing power infrastructure industry. This significant move is expected to boost the company’s financial results and operational outcomes in 2026.

Alice Wang, Chairperson of the Board and CEO of CIMG Inc., highlighted the evolving nature of computing power. She stated, “With the industrial deployment of large-scale models and the deepening of China’s 'East Data West Computing' strategy, computing power has transformed from a fundamental resource into a strategic asset comparable to semiconductors and energy.
