Meet the Chef: Katsutomo Takahashi


Chef Katsutomo Takahashi, born in 1976, honed his culinary skills in France at prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants before returning to Japan. As the head chef of Deux Mil since 2018, he is dedicated to creating a dialogue through food—crafting each dish to resonate with the rhythm of the seasons.
