The collaboration focuses specifically on Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) technologies, addressing an urgent need within the defense community for improved capabilities in situational awareness, operational effectiveness, and survivability on the battlefield.

A New Era of Defense Technology

This partnership combines Axon Vision's AI-powered perception and autonomy technologies with Leonardo DRS's vast experience in operational systems and system integration. Featuring advanced sensors and technological frameworks, the cooperative effort seeks to deliver next-generation combat systems that can rapidly process large amounts of sensor data, significantly enhancing crew awareness while also enabling automated responses to threats.

The agreement comes at a crucial time, as the demand for on-platform AI-driven capabilities is escalating. The combined systems are designed with real-time aerial threat detection and enhanced situational awareness to ensure operational superiority on the battlefield.
