Holiday Schedule

From May 3rd (Saturday) to May 6th (Tuesday), we'll suspend product shipping and production activities in our factory. Please be aware that responses to inquiries will also be delayed until after we resume normal operations.

Shipping Schedule for In-Stock Items

Below are the shipping schedules for confirmed orders:

• - Orders confirmed before April 30th (Wednesday) 12:00 PM are expected to ship on May 2nd (Friday).
• - Orders confirmed between April 30th (Wednesday) 12:00 PM and May 2nd (Friday) will ship on May 8th (Thursday).
• - Orders confirmed between May 3rd (Saturday) and May 6th (Tuesday) will be shipped starting on May 9th (Friday) and thereafter.

Production Lead Times for Basic Series 'Order Shelf'

Please note that during the holiday, our factory will cease production activities. As a result, orders placed after mid-April will have a lead time of approximately 1 to 1.5 months from confirmation to delivery. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Delivery Notes
