O'Grady holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Albany along with an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Since August 2024, she has served as Owner and President of A3M Consulting, guiding organizations through periods of transformation in the healthcare sector. Angela’s leadership at Aetna and Coventry Health Care further solidifies her qualifications. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
