O'Grady's previous experiences also include impactful leadership roles at HealthNow New York, Inc. (BlueShield of Northeastern New York) and Anthem BlueCross and BlueShield of New Hampshire. O'Grady holds a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Albany along with an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Angela Meoli's Strategic Insight

Since August 2024, she has served as Owner and President of A3M Consulting, guiding organizations through periods of transformation in the healthcare sector. Her notable experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at CVS Health, leading strategic enterprise efforts to develop a comprehensive health services business. Angela’s leadership at Aetna and Coventry Health Care further solidifies her qualifications. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
