Yuta Akashio was born in Nagano Prefecture in 1989. He joined Social Recruiting Co., Ltd. (now Porters Inc.) as a new graduate in 2013 after participating as an intern during his university years. By his second year, he had taken on a managerial role to launch new media initiatives. He later became the head of the Recruitment Support Division and was appointed as COO of the acquired Job Hunting Conference Co. in 2021. In July 2022, he ascended to the position of COO of the recruitment division.

Aoi Kameura

Aoi Kameura, born in Hokkaido in 1993, joined Porters Inc. in 2016 as a new graduate. She started her career in sales within the recruitment business and later led the establishment of a planning division. Through her efforts in budget management and operational analysis, she has contributed significantly to the company's expansion. By her fifth year, she achieved a managerial position, spearheading cross-department productivity improvement projects.
