Introducing the V8 Power Pack for Project Motor Racing

Sega has unveiled an exciting addition to the highly acclaimed racing simulator, Project Motor Racing. Scheduled for release on September 15, 2026, the V8 Power Pack DLC promises to bring exhilarating new content that is sure to captivate racing enthusiasts.

Powerful New Vehicles

The V8 Power Pack will introduce a total of three distinct classes and nine unique vehicles. Players will get to experience the roar of V8 engines as they take control of a diverse lineup that includes modern touring cars and classic American road race icons. The DLC highlights vehicles such as the 2023 Ford Mustang AU and the 2023 Chevrolet Camaro AU, representing the contemporary V8 Evo class.

Moreover, two additional classes will be included: the TA2 class, featuring the 2022 Dodge Challenger TA/2, 2022 Ford Mustang TA/2, and 2022 Camaro TA/2, and the Historic USV8 class which brings retro muscle cars back to the track. Enthusiasts can race the famous 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 TA, among others, allowing players to relive the golden era of American road racing.

Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta

In addition to the new vehicles, the V8 Power Pack will feature the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, a prestigious American circuit meticulously recreated using laser scanning technology. This iconic track is known for its fast S-curves, blind crests, and challenging braking points, offering a thrilling and technical racing experience that will test players' skills.

Trailer Release

Accompanying the announcement, Sega has also released a new trailer showcasing the exciting gameplay that awaits in the V8 Power Pack. Set against the backdrop of the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta, the trailer features intense battle scenes among the TA class vehicles, highlighting the competitive spirit of Project Motor Racing.
