Conway Dodge

Conway Dodge has an impressive track record spanning over three decades in law, regulation, and compliance. His career journey began with over ten years at the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, where he honed his skills in examining and enforcing compliance within the financial sector. Following his tenure at the SEC, Dodge transitioned into senior advisory roles, where he specialized in serving financial institutions and digital asset firms. His extensive understanding of SEC and FINRA examinations, enforcement actions, and compliance programs positions him as a pivotal asset in BRG’s compliance initiatives. Conway holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.

Michael Sullivan

Bringing nearly 30 years of experience, Michael Sullivan has a diverse background in both government and private-sector roles. His career includes significant responsibilities in federal securities enforcement and legal policy work for the SEC, as well as compliance consulting roles. Before joining BRG, Sullivan served as a partner at KPMG and as a managing director at Promontory Financial Group, which is part of IBM Consulting. His tenure also includes time as an attorney in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement and experience with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Sullivan earned a JD/MBA from Northeastern University and a BA from Villanova University.

Richard Patterson

Richard Patterson, a former investigator and compliance attorney at FINRA, has over 14 years of experience advising financial institutions and emerging companies on intricate risk and compliance issues. His expertise encompasses the design and implementation of compliance programs focusing on supervision, licensing, registration, conflicts of interest, and data protection. Patterson holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA from Boston College.
