The Nerima Tourism Center is excited to announce a special sales event to commemorate the launch of the Neriko Collection 2026. This event will take place at the Coconeri Hall on May 23rd (Saturday) and 24th (Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It promises to be an engaging experience for families and tourists alike, celebrating local products recognized for their excellence.

Event Highlights

During the event, visitors can purchase items selected for the Neriko Collection 2026, which highlights the best souvenirs and restaurant menu items from the area. Several vendors will be present, allowing attendees to browse and acquire various products directly. The food area within the venue will offer a selection of delightful dishes, ensuring that all visitors can enjoy a meal while immersing themselves in the atmosphere.

The lineup includes a rotating cast of vendors between the two days, showcasing the diverse range of products that Nerima has to offer. This setup ensures that even repeat visitors can encounter new items.

Engaging Activities

In addition to shopping, attendees can participate in a variety of fun activities, including:

• - Stamp Rally: Collect stamps by purchasing items worth 300 yen (tax included) or more at participating stores. Collecting stamps from three different stores earns you a limited edition Neriko Sacoche. (Special colors: Navy on the 23rd and Khaki on the 24th, 500 pieces available each day on a first-come, first-served basis.)
• - Radish Art Workshop: Join local artist Mayo Yamamoto for a unique art-making experience using recycled materials, available exclusively on the 24th.
• - Mini Concert: Enjoy musical performances scheduled for 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM on both days.

• - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM: Tea Brewing Workshops led by the owners of participating Neriko stores, focusing on:

- May 23: Introduction to Taiwan Tea
- May 24: Exploring Sri Lankan Tea (Ceylon Tea) Secrets

• - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM: Radish Art Workshop (only on May 24th)

The Neriko Collection is a project aimed at promoting tourism within the district and supporting small businesses. It recognizes and advertises top local products that are perfect for personal use or gifts. The 2026 version has sanctioned a total of 88 products, following its renewal in 2017. Along with showcasing these products through brochures and websites, regular meetings among participating stores have been established to plan events and sales like this one, enhancing collaboration and public engagement.
