Founded in 2017, Capacity has quickly evolved to serve over 20,000 companies with its cutting-edge solutions. By incorporating Lang.ai, which was founded in 2018 and focuses on turning unstructured customer data into actionable intelligence, Capacity is set to enhance the overall customer experience.

Lang.ai has been known for pioneering agentic analytics in customer experience management (CX).
