Grand Menu Overhaul at Samurai Torimero
Samurai Torimero, a popular izakaya chain owned by Watami Co., has announced the redesign of its grand menu, set to roll out across all 101 locations beginning July 9. This new menu aims to enhance the dining experience while maintaining affordability, featuring exciting new dishes and beloved classics.
Highlights of the New Menu
Among the standouts, the signature dish "Kiyosui Wakadori Momo Ippon Yaki" will remain a centerpiece but is now prepared using locally sourced chicken, offered at a new price of 799 yen (tax included 878 yen), down from the previous amount. The menu will also introduce the delightful "Low-Temperature Cooked Chicken Sashimi" that aims to highlight the full flavor and texture of the chicken, with options such as chicken thigh sashimi and chicken breast sashimi at just 499 yen each (tax included 548 yen).
In addition to these highlights, customers can partake in a wide variety of more than 90 distinct offerings, ranging from traditional yakitori and fried foods to exquisite dishes like sashimi and salads. The focus is on providing a comprehensive dining experience that extends beyond just chicken dishes to cater to all tastes.
New Creative Grilled Skewers
The revamped menu will also see the introduction of new creative skewers such as beef and sprouts rolls, Kyushu pork belly skewers, quail egg skewers, and a special sesame lever skewer. The popular "meat roll series" expands with more choices including stuffed green pepper rolls and grilled enoki mushrooms paired with beef. Each skewer is meticulously cooked to ensure a delicious experience.
Affordable Classic Starter Dishes
To accompany its signature drinks, each of the 11 classic appetizer options will be offered at just 299 yen (tax included 328 yen). Out of the total menu, over 50 items will be affordably priced below 299 yen (tax included), providing guests with a wide selection to sample. Torimero prioritizes quality without compromise, serving various chicken dishes and fried items that resonate with the motto "inexpensive yet delicious."
A Beverage Menu That Complements the Cuisine
One of Torimero's attractive features is its extensive drink menu designed to perfectly complement the food. The draft beer is priced remarkably at just 199 yen (tax included 218 yen), and there's a variety of highballs available for 299 yen (tax included 328 yen), enticing guests from various demographics.
