A Sweet Addition to the Crane Game Scene
Toyo Co., Ltd., based in Okegawa, Saitama, has launched an exciting new plush toy as part of its crane game prize series, "Everyday Original Prizes." This delightful creation, the fluffy meat bun plush toy, has been expertly crafted under the guidance of Naoya Igarashi, a seasoned professional in the crane game industry.
What Makes this Plush Toy Special?
The plush toy is designed to resemble a real meat bun, boasting an incredibly soft and fluffy texture that invites you to hug it close. Measuring approximately 40 cm in size, it offers a sensation of warmth and comfort as you embrace it. The standout feature of this plush is the special embroidery featuring the face of "Tore," the popular character associated with the Everyday Tore Tore Shop in Okegawa. This unique design brings a friendly and whimsical touch, making the plush not only enjoyable to hold but also visually appealing when displayed in your room.
When you look at it, you can't help but smile. The attention to detail ensures that it's a plush toy that you'll want to show off.
Meet Tore, the Adorable Alien
Who is Tore? This extraterrestrial character has a distinct charm, characterized by its unique speech pattern ending in "-tore." Tore floats without arms or legs but cleverly employs a crane-like arm that extends from under its skirt to lift objects, contributing to the moving of items around a warehouse.
The Tore aliens are known to exist in five colors: red, blue, green, yellow, and pink. Interestingly, there have been sightings of multiple red Tore aliens, one of whom appears to take on a leadership role among the group. Despite the varying colors, all Tore aliens share a common happy face, emphasizing their cheerful disposition.
A Collaborative Creation
The plush toy has come to life thanks to Naoya Igarashi's decades of experience in the crane game world, where he has spent almost 40 years perfecting his craft. As Japan's first certified expert in the challenging “Crane Game Master Pro Level 1” certification, he is well-recognized across various media platforms, including television and YouTube, for his expertise in crane games.
