In a significant achievement, the joint venture of Woolpert and Black & Veatch has been awarded a substantial contract worth $94.5 million by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District. This five-year agreement marks a continuation of the teams’ collaboration, initially established in a prior contract awarded in 2019.

The contract entails providing architecture, engineering, master planning, and design services for U.S. military operations across 30 European nations. The scope of work includes preparing comprehensive installation and facility master plans specifically tailored for military infrastructure. In addition, the joint venture will create associated concept designs, complete designs, and necessary documentation to enhance military and other facilities.
This contract, expected to be fulfilled by September 2029, emphasizes the importance of the mission to support military installations essential for the United States' defense strategies in Europe.
