Celebrate 20 Years of the Shutoko Privatization With a Unique Menu Fair
On October 1, 2025, the Shutoko Expressway will celebrate its 20th anniversary since privatization. To mark this significant milestone, the Shutoko Expressway Services Corporation (based in Chuo City, Tokyo, and led by President Shinichi Mihara) is launching a limited-time special menu fair across its parking areas (PA).
This initiative is a heartfelt expression of gratitude to all users of the Shutoko Expressway, showcasing unique and delicious menu items crafted with care. Each item is styled to represent the number '20' in various creative forms, promising not just great taste but also an enjoyable visual experience!
The special menu will be available from September 13, 2025, to November 30, 2025, at six selected parking areas: Heiwajima PA (upbound), Yoyogi PA, Yashio PA, Kawaguchi Highway Oasis, Ichikawa PA, and Daikoku PA.

- - Double Beef Bowl at Heiwajima PA (Highway No.1, Upbound)
- Description: Experience the rich flavors of 150g of beef alongside 100g of hearty beef tendon in a layered bowl, created to delight your palate.
- - Layered Asian Curry at Yoyogi PA (Highway No.4, Upbound)
- Description: Enjoy the perfect harmony of green and red curries served with both white and multigrain rice in this special curry dish.
- - 20-Piece Gyoza Set at Yashio PA (Highway No.6, Upbound)
