Titan International and Rodaros Form Strategic Collaboration to Elevate Wheel Manufacturing in Brazil

Titan International and Rodaros' Strategic Partnership



On October 28, 2025, Titan International, Inc., a recognized leader in the production of off-highway wheels and tires, announced the successful completion of a strategic partnership with Rodaros Industria de Rodas Ltda., a prominent Brazilian manufacturer specializing in agricultural and construction wheels. This venture marks a significant move for Titan as it strengthens its presence in the competitive agricultural market of Brazil.

This partnership is built on a $4 million cash investment from Titan for a 20% equity stake in Rodaros, coupled with a commitment to acquire the remaining 80% by 2029, contingent on achieving specified financial performance benchmarks. Titan's strategic investment ensures that it holds a critical seat on Rodaros’ three-member Board, allowing for enhanced oversight and collaboration in product development and distribution.

Paul Reitz, Titan's President and CEO, expressed enthusiasm about this partnership, highlighting it as a crucial step in Titan's mission to deliver superior solutions for customers in both agricultural and construction sectors. Reitz stated, “By combining the excellence in wheel manufacturing from Rodaros with our market-leading tire production and distribution, we are set to create integrated solutions tailored to the demands of the Brazilian and South American markets.”

Leveraging Rodaros' standing as Brazil’s second-largest agricultural wheel manufacturer, this collaboration aims to introduce unique wheel/tire assembly offerings to existing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients across Brazil, which ranks as the third largest agricultural market globally. In the past, key OEMs have voiced their anticipation for integrated assemblies – a product type currently unavailable from Titan's competitors in the region. This not only underlines Titan's commitment to innovation but also positions the company at a competitive advantage for years to come.
