2025 Online Job Fair in Japan: Connecting Korean Talent with Japanese Companies

KOTRA, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, is excited to announce the 2025 Online Job Fair in Japan, scheduled for November 12-14, 2025. This event marks the last job fair of 2025, providing an essential platform for Japanese companies to discover and connect with exceptional Korean talent.

The job fair will take place in a fully online format, allowing participants to engage in interviews from the comfort of their homes or offices. Each interview will last 30 minutes, with a maximum of nine sessions available per day. Companies interested in participating can expect to meet a diverse range of skilled Korean job seekers actively looking to expand their careers in Japan.

Registration Process

To register for the fair, companies need to download two documents: the job posting application and the corporate consent form. These documents can be submitted via email to [email protected]. Participants can choose to send either the Japanese or Korean version, as both are accepted.

Previous Event Insights

Reflecting on the success of the earlier session, the 2025 Summer Online Job Fair held from August 20 to 22 attracted a significant number of participants and companies. A total of 84 companies from Kanto, Chubu, and Kyushu registered 161 job postings, receiving applications from approximately 480 Korean job seekers. More than 300 interviews were conducted, resulting in six candidates already securing positions.
