Call for Exhibitors at Kanagawa Robot Innovation 2025

The Kanagawa Prefectural Government, the Japan Robot Association, Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, and the Kanagawa Prefectural Industrial Technology Research Institute are excited to announce the upcoming events, "Kanagawa Robot Innovation 2025" and "Monozukuri Pavilion with Kanagawa 2025." These events aim to promote life-supporting robots and manufacturing technologies, while also creating valuable business development opportunities for participating companies.

We are currently inviting exhibiting companies to take part in this great opportunity to expand their reach and showcase their innovations. Here’s what you need to know:

Benefits of Exhibiting

1. High Visibility: The event will be held as part of the "2025 International Robot Exhibition," which is expected to attract a large number of visitors from around the world.
2. Special Pricing: Exhibitors can take advantage of discounted participation fees.
3. Free Promotion: Opportunities for product presentations, demonstrations, and online exhibitions will be provided at no additional cost.
4. Business Consultation: Attendees will have access to governmental agencies and support organizations for business consultations.

Event Details

• - Dates: December 3 (Wednesday) to December 6 (Saturday), 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
• - Venue: Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo International Exhibition Center), located at 3-11-1 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo.
• - Booth Size: Each booth will approximately measure 2m x 2m or 3m x 2m. For detailed pricing, please refer to the exhibition guidelines.
• - Eligible Participants: Companies, organizations, or universities with a base in Kanagawa or those participating in the "Sagamihara Robot Industry Special Zone" initiatives from outside the region.
• - Focus Areas:

- For Kanagawa Robot Innovation 2025: Life-support robots, associated components and technologies.
- For Monozukuri Pavilion with Kanagawa 2025: Precision machining technologies, fastening techniques, jigs, bearings, motion technologies, motors, pneumatic equipment, conveying devices, measurement equipment, sensors, and various technologies/products related to manufacturing.

Note: Companies and organizations that have been accepted into the support initiatives of the Sagamihara Robot Industry Special Zone may receive additional discounts on fees. For more information, contact the Sagamihara Robot Industry Special Zone Promotion Center.

Application Period

The application window will be open from May 1 (Thursday) to May 30 (Friday), 2025.
