Prometex Holdings Transitions to MED Communications
In a significant shift within its business structure,
Prometex Holdings, headquartered in Aichi, Japan, will officially change its name to
MED Communications Northern Japan on July 1, 2026. This decision is part of a broader restructuring that will also see the company's headquarters move to Tokyo and the absorption of its subsidiary,
Japan Housing Development Corporation.
Additionally, two other subsidiaries,
Prometex Energy and
Prometex Create, will merge into
MED Engineering, thus streamlining operations under the MED brand.
