An important achievement came in the past year when GCHP attained dual accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The health plan received the Health Equity Accreditation for its dedication to understanding and addressing the diverse health needs of its members. Further expanding its services, in 2025, GCHP launched the Total Care Advantage (HMO D-SNP), which effectively combines Medi-Cal and Medicare benefits for low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities, providing a dosed approach to comprehensive care.
