The preliminary work for all four construction phases is anticipated to conclude by the end of 2027, with the first operational data center slated for around 2028-2029.

As WBS Power advances this project, similar initiatives are already in progress in Germany, with the Finsterwalde Data Center set to provide 500 MW of capacity, catering to the increasing demands for hyperscale facilities in the region.
