Exploring the Essence of HR Outcomes
On August 19, 2025, an engaging event titled
What Are the Outcomes of HR? will take place at the HR Library, operated by Trustyyle Co., Ltd., located in Chuo City, Tokyo. This event aims to explore the essential nature of HR outcomes from both HR and business perspectives.
In the daily operations of HR departments, an array of initiatives are constantly being planned and implemented. However, feedback from front-line employees often raises questions about these initiatives—are they truly necessary? Do they merely add to the workload without delivering visible results? This event addresses these critical questions.
Renowned organizational development and business transformation coach, Aki, will lead a discussion on what constitutes valuable HR practices and will provide unconventional insights to stimulate innovative thinking. Aki, equipped with extensive experience in agile coaching, relational coaching, and personal coaching, will invite participants to redefine what success in HR can look like.
The session will begin with Aki presenting thought-provoking questions, followed by open dialogue among participants. Attendees will collaboratively reassess the idea of HR outcomes through a business lens—what qualifies as an achievement, and how can that be effectively measured? This event presents an excellent opportunity to evaluate and potentially rework your own HR strategies.
