Among the key presentations, Lundbeck will introduce preliminary Phase II data for asedebart, a monoclonal antibody targeting anti-adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), which is currently being evaluated for the treatment of Cushing's Disease (CD). The data demonstrates Lundbeck’s innovative biomarker-supported approach that underpins novel therapeutic strategies for rare endocrine disorders. Cushing's Disease, a serious ailment primarily caused by ACTH-secreting pituitary adenomas, leads to excessive cortisol production and can result in substantial physical and psychological challenges for patients.
