The 25th anniversary commemorative menu features locally sourced ingredients and will be available from September 3 to September 30. Among the highlights is the Rich Chilled Soy Milk Dan Dan Noodles priced at ¥1,590, utilizing premium ingredients from four municipalities surrounding Mt. Oyama and crafted in ZUND-BAR’s unique style. This dish boasts a deep, rich flavor complemented by a special meat sauce infused with Sichuan pepper, perfectly balancing the chilled homemade noodles that offer a delightful texture.

In addition to the featured ramen, ZUND-BAR is also offering Kiyokawa Keisui Pork Dan Dan Miso Rice, priced at ¥730, emphasizing the savory meat sauce atop a bed of rice, finished off with a luscious egg yolk to be mixed in for extra flavor.
