There, she managed varied departments including product development, marketing, and operations, demonstrating her capacity to drive growth in user engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Before her role at USAFacts, MacDonald was the President and COO of POLITICO, where she launched a premium business-to-business subscription service, further enhancing the publication's appeal within the industry. Her tenure at National Journal also stands out, where she led the company’s transformation into a membership-driven organization catering to influential leaders and entities in Washington, D.C.
