Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo Debuts Tropical Summer Beverages and Breakfast Plates

A Refreshing Summer at Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo

On May 13, 2026, Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo will kick off its summer season, offering a range of innovative beverages that blend cherished Japanese ingredients with tropical flavors. This year's menu features the introduction of the first-ever morning plate at the roastery, designed for enjoyment from morning until night.

Unique Summer Beverages

The highlight of the summer offerings includes beverages that beautifully combine matcha and sencha with tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple. This fusion creates seasonal drinks filled with both the gentle essence of Japan and the vibrant flavors associated with tropical locales.

At the first floor's main bar, a refreshing new series featuring cold brew coffee combined with fruits and tonic will be available, enticing customers with light and invigorating flavors like pineapple-mint and green apple-lime.

At the second floor, customers can explore the Teavana™ bar, where standout creations include the "Matcha Mango Coconut Latte"—made with finely ground matcha, fresh mango puree, and creamy coconut milk—and the "Sasa Aroma Cool Sencha" with wobbly mochi. These drinks highlight the artistry of Japanese ingredients complemented with a tropical twist.

The third floor's Aliviomo™ bar will introduce a new fusion drink called "Aliviomo™ Frozen Coffee & Citrus," which combines espresso with citrus flavors, ready to delight guests in both spirited and alcohol-free versions.
