Design Concept
With a vision centered around
“subtle elegance,” the project is sited in the culturally rich
Takaban area, known for its refined ambiance and historical significance. To honor this heritage, elements inspired by traditional Japanese architecture are woven throughout the design, creating spaces that evoke a sense of tranquility reminiscent of a ryokan (Japanese inn).
Unique Features
The entrance area showcases a striking art wall, crafted from a cherry blossom tree, once part of the owner’s private garden, combined with resin to create a unique focal point. Moreover, the reclaimed wooden flooring from the former residence has been ingeniously incorporated into display features, highlighting the project’s commitment to sustainability and individual artistry.
The
RC structure incorporates smooth curves and warm white tones, complemented by wood grain accents. This design allows the buildings to blend harmoniously with their surroundings while showcasing the remarkable skill of the artisans involved in its construction.
Living Experience and Amenities
COURETTE offers a variety of
11 floor plans, ranging from 1LDK to 3LDK units, ensuring flexibility for different lifestyles. The luxurious amenities included, such as underfloor heating and kitchen dishwashers, elevate the living experience to match upscale condominium standards.
Future Aspirations
Heisei Construction, established in
1989, has grown to over
200 skilled craftsmen, reinforcing its philosophy of integrating design with craftsmanship. Winning the Good Design Award for the 18th time demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation in architectural design.
