The 2026 GMO Customer Satisfaction Rankings were conducted by GMO Research & AI, utilizing a unique base of survey respondents and various research methodologies. This ranking is based on feedback from individuals who have utilized job-hunting websites within the past three years and have viewed available job listings and related information. One Career came very close to the top place, trailing only by 0.56 points from Mynavi, which secured first place with a score of 66.12.
