A Visual and Culinary Delight

The Hanami Bento is packed with seasonal treats that not only taste good but look spectacular as well. It features a variety of dishes centered around red rice, tempura, and the highly prized kinmedai (golden eye snapper) grilled with Saikyo miso, alongside beautifully arranged side dishes including nimono (simmered vegetables) that include flower-shaped carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and more. To enhance the spring theme, the menu also includes bamboo shoot shumai and sakura mochi, celebrating the essence of hanami right at home.

Fresh Ingredients from Local Farms

The komatsuna used for the woodleaf dressing in the bento is sourced from Pal Green Farm, Pal System Chiba's direct-managed farm. This farm emphasizes eco-friendly practices, avoiding pesticides and chemical fertilizers to produce high-quality vegetables. The commitment to sustainability ensures that every bite supports local agriculture.
