Unlocking the Secrets of Effective Community Management
On June 2, 2026, the leadership community "Sanbo" will host a practical workshop aimed at solving the challenges of community management using scientific insights. Conducted by Takashi Fujita, CEO of JINEN Co., this workshop will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of a unique framework derived from academic evidence, known as the "4 Quadrants and 16 Types of Communities."
The Need for Community Insights
In an age of rapid technological advancement, where the value of information and content is often commoditized, the importance of community engagement has become increasingly relevant. Businesses and organizations, recognizing the potential of various forms of communities—from user groups to fan clubs and online salons—are striving to harness the power of collective enthusiasm. However, the process of building a successful community is intricate, and many organizations struggle due to misclassification, leading to ineffective management and, in some cases, severe setbacks. This workshop is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to strategically design and operate their communities effectively.
