Creality Impresses at Formnext 2024 with New K2 Plus Model and Innovative Accessories

Creality Shines at Formnext 2024

At the prestigious Formnext 2024 event, Creality made waves by unveiling its K2 Plus, an impressive addition to its 3D printing lineup. This exhibition reinforced Creality's reputation as a trailblazer in the 3D printing landscape, exhibiting their commitment to innovation and collaboration in technological development.

Creality's focus on broadening its offerings was evident with the introduction of several key products, including the K2 Plus Combo, which features a construction volume of 350 mm³. This model comes equipped with advanced functionalities such as automatic filament detection, multiple filament support, and continuous loading and unloading capabilities. Powered by Creality OS and Edge AI, the K2 Plus not only provides exceptional print quality but it also boasts active chamber heating and intelligent monitoring features.

In addition to the K2 Plus, the Ender-5 Max captured attention with its large build volume of 400 mm³, designed for professional use. With an automatic bed leveling system and a robust all-metal chassis, this printer is optimized for high-speed operations up to 700 mm/s, making it ideal for print shops managing multiple printers simultaneously.

The Ender-3 V3 Plus was another highlight, featuring a 300x300x330 mm build area, enhanced CoreXZ structure, and a next-generation extrusion system that promises quicker and higher-quality prints. Its automatic bed leveling and user-friendly touchscreen interface cater to users of all experience levels. For those looking for a compact option, the Ender-3 showcased dual motors and a powerful cooling system that achieves speeds of up to 600 mm/s without sacrificing print quality. Both models are expected to support Co Print for multi-filament printing soon.

Creality also introduced the Halot-Mage S, a premium resin printer boasting a 10.1-inch 14K mono LCD screen and impressive printing speeds, allowing for rapid production without compromising precision, thanks to its uniform light source. Smart HALOT OS facilitates remote printing capabilities.

Expanding Ecosystems

The Falcon A1, a compact and user-friendly 3D printer, features speeds up to 600 mm/s and automatic material recognition, eliminating the need for assembly—perfect for home users. The introduction of Creality RaptorX, a professional-grade 3D scanner, adds to their ecosystem, offering high precision (0.02 mm) and modular design for scanning large objects.

Further enhancing their material options, Creality presented new filaments such as Rainbow PLA for vibrant multi-colored prints, Hyper PETG suited for outdoor models needing high impact resistance, and PPA-CF, a nylon filament strengthened with carbon fibers for industrial applications. New resin offerings like Halot Rigid Resin and Plant-Based Resin broaden Creality's material ecosystem, providing higher performance and environmentally friendly choices.

Industrial Solutions from PioCreat

Creality's industrial division, PioCreat, showcased advanced solutions tailored for dental applications and large-scale production. The DJ89 PLUS resin printer, equipped with an 8K LCD screen and integrated light source, offers exceptional precision with auto-feeding capabilities. For molds and prototypes, the G12 FGF features a substantial build volume of 1200x1000x1000 mm, while the G5 Ultra printer utilizes cost-effective thermoplastic granules for educational and research purposes.

Engaging Participants and Partners

To foster engagement, Creality launched a social media campaign titled "Life is Colorful, Just Like You," enabling participants to interact with products and receive 3D-printed souvenirs. Their models were also showcased at partner booths, including Sunlu, Kexcelled, Keli, BASF, and eSUN. Through live streaming and interviews with leading media outlets like All3DP and 3Dnatives, Creality extended its reach to a global audience.

Mr. TANG Jingke, co-founder of Creality, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to the European market, highlighting the growing presence and partnerships in the region.
