There, she served in multiple pivotal roles including Deputy General Manager of Audit and Investment Management, indicating her deep expertise in risk management and auditing.
Ms. Chang’s experience also extends to her time at United Credit Ratings Co., Ltd, where she was responsible for detailed sovereign credit rating analysis. Her work revolved around evaluating macroeconomic factors, fiscal stability, and overall financial system health. In addition to her rich professional journey, she has relevant academic credentials, holding Master's degrees from both the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Tsinghua University in disciplines such as business administration and power engineering.
