The tour, titled 'Let’s Depart to the People-Training Hub of JR East! Part 2,' allows participants to engage in lectures and hands-on activities with seasoned instructors. The day will feature two main courses:
1. Vehicle Lecture Course (Morning & Afternoon Sessions)
2. Shinkansen Simulator Experience (Premium Course - Morning & Afternoon Sessions)

Vehicle Lecture Course

In this course, participants will delve into the workings of train vehicles:

• - Practical Vehicle Shooting Session: Engage in a 90-minute photoshoot of the E991 Series training vehicle designed exclusively for instructional purposes. Participants will be permitted to take photographs from designated areas, capturing various angles and details of this typically inaccessible machinery.

• - Vehicle Brake Lecture: Using a 115 Series simulator, the lecture will cover braking systems fundamental to the safety of train operations. Participants will learn about the different types of brakes and have the rare opportunity to operate the brakes themselves, enhancing their understanding of their safety features and the underlying mechanics.

• - Hands-On Simulator Operation: Participants will navigate the sophisticated Shinkansen simulators used exclusively by train conductors, featuring E5 and E2 Series technologies. They will not only drive the train but can also choose to practice unique coupling maneuvers with their peers.
