Discovering the Essence of Craft Sake at Daimaru Tokyo
From September 16 to 29, 2026,
Inato Agave, a craft sake brewery based in Oga City, Akita, will set up a temporary popup store at
Daimaru Tokyo. This exciting event, named "Creating New Cultures," brings together the finest offerings from Inato Agave, including the much-anticipated product
"Asian Wisdom" and a selection of artist collaborations featuring the
Koshushu Hanakaze series.
What to Expect at the Popup Store
The popup store will present
"Asian Wisdom," a premium craft sake made from ingredients that symbolize five different Asian regions: Japanese
Tōka-sō, Korean
Omija, Chinese
Osmanthus tea, Taiwanese
Ruby Black tea, and Indonesian
cloves. This unique blend, which will be limited to only 1,000 bottles, represents the merging of culture and traditional Japanese brewing techniques.
In addition to
"Asian Wisdom," visitors can look forward to exploring the
Koshushu Hanakaze series, which comprises seven distinct varieties linked to collaborations with both local Oga businesses and international artists and designers, each with a unique concept rooted in the essence of Oga City.
