Notably, their liquid-cooled 5-MWh container system, certified for safety under UL9540A, offers a plug-and-play design that facilitates efficient deployment in various environments, including grid, industrial, and microgrid applications.

Additionally, Desay presented high-performance Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) battery systems designed for data centers, achieving up to 70% space savings and reduced lifecycle costs. With an innovative quality management system, the company utilizes a comprehensive SIPOC framework and an eight-part safety concept, which includes an advanced EMS-based heat and fire management system. All battery cells undergo a puncture testing process while proactive defense, intelligent suppression, and dual fire control measures are integrated at both the pack and system levels. Desay Battery boasts a vertically integrated production chain that spans from cell manufacturing to system integration, facilitating extensive control over production quality and efficiency.

With a planned capacity of 20 GWh, more than 14 automated module and pack lines, and a 100,000 square meter intelligent factory, Desay Battery aims to achieve an annual system integration capacity exceeding 25 GWh.
