Introducing the FilaDC i10: SUNLU and INSLOGIC Unveil New 3D Printing Solution at RAPID+ TCT Boston

SUNLU and INSLOGIC Announce the FilaDC i10 at RAPID+ TCT in Boston

In an exciting reveal at this year’s RAPID+ TCT event in Boston, SUNLU showcased an impressive variety of 3D printing products along with announcing a strategic partnership with INSLOGIC. This collaboration aims to explore new frontiers in 3D printing by engaging with industry professionals, designers, engineers, and manufacturers.

Diverse Product Offerings

SUNLU's exhibit featured a comprehensive range of technical filaments, tailored to meet the rigorous demands of professional applications requiring attributes such as high strength, durability, and flexibility. With filaments suitable for models ranging from aircraft structures to drone components and elaborate design pieces, the showcase highlighted how SUNLU caters to various 3D printing needs.

One of the standout areas drew visitors' attention, showcasing aesthetically pleasing filaments that include silk, rainbow, wood, and galaxy materials, which add a unique touch to fashion, art, collectible items, and other creative designs. Meanwhile, the resin collection presented high-quality collector’s models, which utilize advanced CMYK+W color resins and high-temperature materials, known for their superb detail and stability.

Partnership with INSLOGIC

A key highlight of this event was the announcement of the partnership with INSLOGIC, marking the introduction of their first, innovative filament dehumidification cabinet—the FilaDC i10. This cabinet is designed to fill a niche in the market by providing dry and optimal storage for filament, accommodating up to ten 1-kg spools at once while keeping more than 50 different material types moisture-free.

What sets the FilaDC i10 apart is its unique approach to moisture removal, which does not rely on heated air. Instead, it employs an innovative molecular sieve technology that effectively reduces moisture levels in filaments such as PETG, TPU, and Nylon. Coupling this technology with strategically placed fans that maintain a dry main chamber makes the i10 not only environmentally friendly but also fully autonomous. Compared to traditional filament dryers, the energy consumption and noise levels of the i10 are significantly lower.

This advancement is particularly beneficial for large-scale users who demand high performance from their materials while remaining mindful of environmental impacts. SUNLU and INSLOGIC plan to officially launch the FilaDC i10 by July 1st, offering a reliable solution for professionals in the 3D printing industry.
