Miki Takeichi has an extensive career as a nurse, with her qualifications including:

• - Graduated from Harima Inland Medical Affairs Association Nursing School in 1995.
• - Worked in local hospitals and specialized in swallowing disorders nursing following advanced training.
• - Established TABELU in May 2018.

In her words, “To enjoy delicious eating is a significant happiness and indispensable for living life authentically. However, swallowing disorders not only rob individuals of this joy but also pose stress on families, affecting their quality of life. Through comprehensive engagement and multidisciplinary approaches, our goal is to enable individuals to enjoy meals safely until the end of their lives.”
