A free seminar is scheduled for August 6, where the key points necessary for boosting salaries will be discussed.

Organizing and Analyzing Information for Price Negotiations

The initiative aims to assist local SMEs by systematizing and visualizing crucial managerial information and cost data necessary for effective price negotiations. This process will form part of a broader approach to aid business management improvements, ultimately connecting these efforts to sustainable wage increases within the community. Initially, the project will host a seminar discussing price transfer methods and case studies from companies that have previously engaged in DX promotion assistance, scheduled for August 6, 2026. After the seminar, ten companies will be chosen based on their current challenges and organizational systems for further assistance.

Approximately 50 local businesses will undergo health check-style surveys to gather insights into common trends and challenges among city enterprises. Support for selected businesses will span about five months and will include interviews and assessments utilizing Forval's proprietary tool, "Kizuna PARK," to evaluate each company’s DX advancement level. This detailed analysis will allow the corporate doctors to clarify and visualize each company's management obstacles, facilitating the formulation of improvement plans, execution of strategies, and verification of results. To ensure optimal assistance, two tracks—"Strengthening Management Capability" focused on execution and "Visualization Support" aimed at foundational support—will be available based on existing data management and improvement implementation systems.

Creating a Compendium of Successful Case Studies

To promote the ripple effect of wage increases throughout Fukuroi City, Forval plans to compile a results compendium showcasing the achievements of supported businesses. This document will include interview articles and valuable insights that can aid other companies not initially involved in the project. It will be made available in PDF format for easy access and dissemination, including publication in local advertising media to reach a wider audience among the town's businesses, thereby encouraging the broader implementation of this initiative.

Boosting Profitability and Wage Growth Through Comprehensive Support

In conjunction with the wage increase initiative, a free seminar focusing on the recently awarded "Fukuroi City SME Digital Transformation Promotion Project" will also take place.
