Grand Opening of Vision Center Shinagawa Annex
On April 28, 2025, the Vision Center Shinagawa Annex will officially open its doors, bringing an innovative space designed to meet diverse meeting and event needs. Managed by Sun Frontier Space Management, a subsidiary of Sun Frontier Realty Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime 8934), this facility is strategically located just a three-minute walk from Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station.
This new venue encompasses approximately 1,464 square meters, or 443 tsubo, spread across four floors within the Shinagawa Center Building. The Vision Center Shinagawa Annex boasts a total of 17 meeting rooms, accommodating between 8 to 120 attendees. Whether hosting small meetings, business negotiations, corporate training sessions, seminars, examinations, or celebrations like parties and gatherings, this venue is positioned to offer responsive services tailored to various events.
The grand opening will follow the earlier soft launch of three floors (the B1, 10th, and 11th) on April 1, 2025, further enhancing the range of spaces available to the public. The surrounding area is undergoing significant redevelopment, paving the way for the establishment of an international business hub. This new facility is the second to be launched in the Shinagawa area, following the establishment of the original Vision Center Shinagawa in September 2022, addressing the growing demand for meeting spaces.
Leveraging the experience and expertise complemented by the Sun Frontier Group, Sun Frontier Space Management initiated its meeting room rental business as an internal venture in 2015, eventually spinning off in 2019. The Vision Centers operate by leasing office buildings directly from owners, thus extending their influence and service offerings in accordance with the specific characteristics of different areas, leading to a series of facility expansions.
As the company continues to focus on launching new venues in convenient locations and expanding existing facilities, it aims to tap into the synergies within the Sun Frontier Group to enhance its one-stop service offerings, which will also encompass accommodations and dining options.
