Sameer Batra as the Chief Business Officer for Global Systems Integration (GSI). This decision underscores Black Box's commitment to growth in regions such as India, Australia, New Zealand, the Asia-Pacific, Japan, and the Middle East and Africa (MEA).

In his new role, Batra will spearhead the international GSI business, focusing on priority sectors and strengthening relationships with clients and partners. His goal includes redefining what it means to be Infrastructure capable while modernizing and securing digital environments that contribute to Black Box’s ambitious goal of achieving $2 billion in annual revenue.
With over three decades of experience in the global IT services landscape, Batra's prior role was as Senior Vice President in the Global Growth Office at
Tech Mahindra, where he led strategic initiatives across diverse regions. He also held several leadership positions at
IBM, driving growth and customer success in India and the Asia-Pacific region.
