In addition to the 2025 awards, YKK AP will release a booklet showcasing all 66 winners from the previous year’s "Performance Improvement Renovation Design Award 2024." The booklet will primarily focus on the processes involved in enhancing insulation and seismic performance while providing detailed insights into each renovation project. Essential information regarding subsidies, sustainable building projects, and updates on housing regulations will be included as five must-know points when considering performance improvement renovations. A feature titled “Ask the Pros” will offer insights from selection committee members, discussing the appeal and advantages of enhancing performance in renovations. The booklet is set to hit bookstores and online retailers starting July 25.
