Previously, she has held prestigious leadership positions at renowned institutions such as the University of Southern California (USC), California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and Claremont McKenna College.

A Proven Track Record of Success

Galindo’s career has been marked by her ability to spearhead high-impact advancement organizations, which have consistently achieved ambitious fundraising goals. Her most recent role took her to PBS SoCal, where she was instrumental as the Chief Development Officer, collaborating closely with the president and CEO along with the Board of Directors. During her tenure at PBS, she not only expanded the organization's outreach but also significantly bolstered its culture of giving, resulting in more than double the philanthropic support and long-term sustainability for the future.

Before her groundbreaking appointment, she held the position of Assistant Vice President of Advancement at USC, where she played a key role in developing strategies for the USC Campaign for Health, a monumental $3 billion initiative focused on enhancing patient care, medical education, and pioneering research.

At the Archdiocese of Los Angeles (ADLA), which stands as the largest and most diverse archdiocese in the nation, Galindo made significant contributions as the Chief Development Officer. She managed the strategic philanthropic initiatives and directed its historic $500 million campaign, which substantially upgraded development operations, expanded the fundraising team, and warranted annual fund generation of nearly $140 million.

Academically, Galindo holds a Master of Public Administration from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Oregon State University. Her strong educational background complements her practical experience in the field, ensuring that she is well-equipped to lead LMU's Advancement efforts into a promising future.
