With an impressive career spanning over 34 years, Riley comes to Sipcam with a wealth of experience that encompasses a multitude of markets including chemicals, biologicals, seeds, animal health, and financial management. His expertise in agriculture sales and marketing will be pivotal for Sipcam's growth in providing trusted plant protection solutions across various industries.

A Proven Leader in the Agricultural Industry

Riley's career has been marked by significant accomplishments that highlight his capability as a strategic leader. Most recently, he worked as North American Strategic Account Manager for MBFi, where he was instrumental in the sales and marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of products in the biologics market. His leadership was a driving force behind projected growth figures as high as 2,000% for the upcoming 2025 season.

Before his tenure at MBFi, Riley served as the Director of Sales for North America at Certis Biologicals. In this capacity, he managed a dedicated team of Key Account Managers along with 14 Regional Sales Representatives, driving strategic partnerships and customer-centric solutions that contributed to significant sales growth. His restructuring of the sales division enhanced distribution capabilities and positioned the company to better meet its customers' needs through innovative incentive programs.
