On July 24, 2025, the new location of Fruits Peaks, a specialty fruit tart and café shop, will open its doors in the recently established Toyosu Sail Park, a complex facility in Tokyo. Known for its motto as a “fruit culture creation company,” Aoki Fruits Co., Ltd. (Headquartered in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, and led by CEO Daisuke Aoki) is excited to introduce this unique café concept.

This new shop will stand out as the only café-integrated location in the metropolitan area, marking a significant shift from the current four takeout-only stores operating within Tokyo. This move aims to respond to popular demand for a more interactive dining environment, where customers can enjoy a vibrant café experience alongside exquisite fruit tarts.

Fruits Peaks is a product of a century-old fruit specialty store lineage. The shop emphasizes serving products prepared with the freshest fruits, picked at their peak ripeness and sourced from the best regions. The toyosu Sail Park store will feature a spacious design covering around 200 square meters with 91 seats. This creates a comfortable eat-in atmosphere where customers can truly relax and enjoy their meals. The menu will boast a wide range of options, including not just their popular fruit tarts but also lunch sets, parfaits, and beverages that celebrate seasonal fruits, providing a multi-sensory dining experience.

The store will feature approximately 30 different takeout sweets, including the signature fruit tart, fruit jelly called “Panier,” fluffy “Omelet” cakes, and the portable fruit éclairs “Éclair.” Each product is carefully crafted to highlight the natural allure of the fruits, making for an enjoyable tasting experience. Exclusive tarts planned for the grand opening will only be available at the Toyosu Sail Park location.

Diners can choose from five pasta options, one type of gratin, and one type of sandwich among a total of seven main dishes. Each set includes a visually appealing assortment of appetizers featuring fruits and vegetables, a free-flowing fruit soup, and a drink of choice—ensuring a fulfilling dining experience. This unique style transforms fruit into a centerpiece of the meal.

Additionally, the shop will offer a variety of eat-in options, including luxurious parfaits like “THE TOWER Whole Peach,” which features two whole ripe peaches, and a delightful afternoon tea set meant for one. For those wishing to unwind, the drink menu will feature a selection of cocktails, sangria, and sparkling wines that perfectly complement the fruity offerings.

Open from 10 AM to 9 PM (with the last order at 8 PM), the café caters to different occasions, whether it’s a casual lunch break, a tranquil café time with seasonal fruits, or even a satisfying dinner.
