The process leading to this rebranding was extensive and thorough, taking over a year to develop. It included comprehensive research that gathered insights from internal stakeholders, existing customers, and industry experts. The new brand symbol features a deconstructed cube, which symbolizes Arclin’s unconventional approach to thinking and innovation. The dynamic shape of the panels is indicative of movement and progress, pertinent to the company's commitment to continual innovation and enhancing the quality of life through transformative products. Jana Wright, Arclin's Vice President of Brand Marketing, stated, "Choosing a vibrant orange as our primary color represents a bold departure from our previous branding...It reflects our confident transition and positions Arclin as a leading entity in material science. The wordmark employs stencil-type lettering, highlighting the relationship between visible and invisible elements through deliberate gaps in the letter forms.
