Japan Cochlear has officially announced its participation as a total support member in the upcoming 2025 Deaflympics, which will be held in Tokyo from November 15 to November 26. This event, marking the 100th anniversary of the Deaflympics, is significant as it represents the first time the games will take place in Japan.

The Deaflympics is an international sports event for athletes who are deaf or hard of hearing, organized every four years. The Tokyo 2025 edition is expected to attract around 6,000 participants from approximately 70 to 80 different nations and regions, showcasing their athletic talents and fostering vital social connections through sports.
