Jacquelyn Baker Takes the Helm as Global General Manager of Consumer Practice at APPLY
APPLY, an innovative leader in Agentic Customer Experience (ACx), has recently announced the appointment of Jacquelyn Baker as Global General Manager for its Consumer practice. The move is expected to significantly enhance the firm's capabilities in transforming customer experiences across consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail sectors.
Baker, who brings over 20 years of experience in commerce marketing, CPG, and retail media, will play a pivotal role in modernizing customer interactions in an era dominated by dynamic digital environments and advanced AI solutions. Her impressive background includes leadership positions in renowned organizations such as Omnicom Commerce, VML, Rockfish Digital, Tracy-Locke, TPN, and Haygarth, marking her as a seasoned expert in the field.
Most recently, Baker founded her consultancy practice, offering advisory services focused on commerce marketing and support for startups in the MarTech and AdTech industries. Prior to venturing into consultancy, she held the position of Global CEO at Omnicom Commerce, where she successfully established a customer experience capability that integrated data-driven insights with creative solutions to enhance modern commerce services.
In her new role, Baker is tasked with guiding APPLY’s strategy in fostering innovative consumer experiences that are responsive to the continually evolving market landscape.
