What is BEYOND THE LEADER?

In an age where the speed of information is accelerating and AI technology is rapidly evolving, leaders are increasingly faced with intricate social challenges. The thinking required from today’s leaders is evolving from mere decision-making to a more comprehensive approach of envisioning value and implementing it within society.

The BEYOND THE LEADER event will delve into four key themes: Experience, Product, Public, and Brand. Through these themes, the event aims to explore the ways in which thought leaders perceive their surroundings and the strategies they adopt in response to them. Over the four days, experts from various fields will dissect these new leadership paradigms.

He later took on executive roles at different companies, spearheading innovative design strategies and branding. His recent work emphasizes “design management” in product and brand development.

Tomo Tsubota - Senior Executive Officer & CPO, Kurashiru, Inc.

Yuki Yamane blends education in pharmaceutical sciences with hands-on experience in marketing and design. Involved in various roles from vehicle product planning at Toyota to service design, he remains committed to understanding consumer perspectives.

Jongho Im - CEO & Creative Director, Mount Inc.

Born in Busan, Jongho has a remarkable 25-year career focusing on creating impactful web experiences. Co-founding Mount Inc. in 2008, he continues to innovate in web design, garnering multiple awards from prestigious competitions.
