In response, HOPE-CONNECT has set out to develop a “complete nutritional diet” that supports both the instincts and health of dogs.

Traditionally, tripe has been difficult to handle, and achieving a consistent supply poses challenges, compounded by its distinct odor. Consequently, there were no complete nutritional foods based solely on domestic tripe in Japan.

ROKKA BLOOM utilizes green tripe sourced from Hokkaido's Ezo deer, which has undergone thorough safety assessments, including amino acid and bacterial checks. Every step, from hunting to processing, is meticulously monitored, ensuring the highest quality.

Non-Oil Coating Method

Most commercial dog foods use flavored oils to enhance palatability, which can inadvertently introduce unnecessary oils and oxidized fats into the diet. In contrast, ROKKA BLOOM relies on a near-raw air-drying technique, abstaining from any oil coatings to minimize excess burden on your dog’s body.

The development origins of ROKKA BLOOM did not start with tripe. Instead, the project underwent rigorous evaluations from the perspectives of modern nutrition science, gut health, and digestion physiology to determine what constitutes a truly beneficial staple food for dogs.

Naturally, carnivorous animals tend to consume internal organs before muscle meat after catching prey, indicating that a variety of natural nutrients are gathered there. ROKKA BLOOM encapsulates this “instinctual memory” and reconstructs it using modern research insights and manufacturing techniques.

Moreover, ROKKA BLOOM is more than just tripe-based food. It incorporates:

• - High-protein, low-fat domestic Ezo venison
• - Amino acid-rich domestic horsemeat
• - High heme iron content

These specially selected ingredients are tailored to fit the lifestyle, activity level, and age of typical Japanese pet dogs. Additionally, it includes whole grain barley, water-soluble silica, and probiotics, aiming not just for momentary well-being but a solid foundation for maintaining overall health through daily diet.
